The Company authorizes you to post résumé, view videos or PDF Files provided as learning modules without charge, or if opted to download, then applicable charge may be added to your account. All content posted on our website solely for personal and employment purposes only. The information you submitted upon registration or posted content about you, must be accurate and not misleading. Moreover, be keen observant when dealing with strangers or with unidentified entities, for any consequences arising from the content or information you have submitted or posted on our website will be your sole responsibility. Bear in mind, that other users may view your posted content, once you exhibit it in any public extent of our website, for they also have the same access and privileges as you have.

VIII.) Employer’s applicable Terms
The Company hereby grants the Employer a limited, confined, non- commercial, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use our services and to access the posted résumé of each applicant for the purpose of seeking potential candidates for employment. The Company will require the Employers to present a certain documents in order to access the services completely. All documents that presented should match with the information registered for our services, especially, with the business name and location. Hence, keeping and maintaining confidentiality of your Employer account, Company profiles and the personal information of each applicant must be observed at all times to protect all of your rights. Also, you are not allowed to transfer your rights or account to another person. Moreover, please refrain from sharing your password or any other account access and information, for all of these will be your sole responsibility whether or not you authorize it. In the event, that unauthorized person tried to use and access your employer account or your company information, especially password, please contact or notify JobsforJob.com immediately.
On the other hand, JobsforJob.com will provide a designated section for each Employer where to post and advertised the job vacancies and requirements. The employer should always ensure that the employer materials should not contain any unlawful acts that would violate any laws of the land or the Terms set by JobsforJob.com. Nevertheless, the latter reserves the right to remove content that are misrepresented or that does not comply with the Terms. Employers also acknowledge that JobsforJob.com will not, in any way, be responsible for the employment decisions and result for JobsforJob.com is not a recruitment agency.
In the event, that you decided to deliberately cancel your Employer Account, or your account is cancelled due to violation of the Terms set by JobsforJob.com, then all your information, posted content, saved works and profiles will be deleted from the database of JobsforJob.com. Any payments you made shall be forfeited especially if the account is terminated due to breach of the Terms set by JobsforJob.com.
IX.) Advertiser’s Guidelines and Terms
When posting and advertising content using our Services, Employer’s Material should NOT contain of these following:
1. It must not contain any misleading, fraud or deceitful information, or links that redirect to other websites with unlawful information or contents.
2. Advertising contents that are restricted, only with hidden images or that are not related to employment opportunities.
3. Should not contain any obscene, hateful, discriminatory, racist, or libelous and abusive speech, threatening, sexually and scandalous works or acts, as describe by any applicable law of the land.
4. Should not perform in any kind of unsolicited communication, especially for those applicants who opted out to discontinue their application.
5. Advertising illegal services or job that requires recruitment of other members, related to pyramid schemes.
6. Advertising for sexual services or job.
7. Violating the copyright, trademark or company secrets of other companies.
8. Please avoid posting of business opportunities that are commission basis without clearly stating the kind of product or services being promoted.
9. Does not recommend advertisements that post for more than one job position in each job posting.
10. Please avoid reposting of the same position within a week to avoid duplication of the same advertisement, unless the posting is for a different area or location.
11. Endorsing illegal activities or political views.
12. Should not contain links that redirect to a competitors website.
X.) Password and Security
Registration is required once you decided to use our services in seeking job opportunities or by advertising job vacancies. You will be asked to provide accurate information to the Company in setting up an account and password. In order to avoid fraud, kindly secure your password by keeping it confidential. Refrain from sharing your password to anyone, especially allowing third-party users to access the account on your behalf. You will be solely responsible for your password and account.
In the event, that you suspected your password and account have been compromised, do not hesitate to immediately notify us by clicking the contact us link provided by our services. If, JobsforJob.com has reason to think that there’s a breach of security, you will be asked to change your password. Hence, you acknowledge that it’s your sole responsibility and JobsforJob.com will not be liable for any losses or damages as a result of misuses of our website.

Payments to JobsforJob.com should be settled on the date specified in the invoice. In the event, the payment has not been posted after the 3 days grace period, then all pending advertisement orders, will be suspended for the meantime, until such payment will be posted on the account.
You can make a payment using your credit card, by accessing the secured site provided by JobsforJob.com, which ensures that card information will not be recorded to protect your account. Or you have also an option to pay through Bank or Money Transfer such as G-Cash or Pay Maya. If you opted out to use this option, please secure a copy of the transaction receipts, and kindly email it to our email address so we can update your account promptly. In the event, there’s an error or delay when making a payment through Money Transfer, and payment hasn’t been posted, you will be responsible to communicate and to do the follow-up with them.
Advertisers shall be accountable for full payments from the day the contract has been signed and/or advertisement order has been made. The prices quoted based on your account does not include applicable taxes, unless stated, otherwise on the bill. Advertiser seeking for refunds, can send a request through our website, stating the reason for such request. You will be notified within 7 days from the date of request has been made. However, it will be the sole discretion of JobsforJob.com if there’s a need to grant the request. Moreover, advertisers who violated and breached the Terms and Conditions set by JobsforJob.com will not be entitled to any refund, hence whatever payments made by the advertiser will be forfeited.
The Company reserves the right to pursue legal actions, including but not limited to terminating your account or access, without prior notice, especially, upon verifying that the information you have submitted during registration is unverifiable, and or any actions that would result in violation and breach of the Terms set by JobsforJob.com.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED PERFECTLY ALL THROUGHOUT 24 HOURS PER DAY. IT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS AND OTHER PROBLEM THAT COULD SYSTEM CRASH. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION WITH THE RESPECT TO SERVICES RELATING TO CORRECTIONS AND PREDICTION) IS ASSUMED FULLY BY YOU. For local posting employment, advertisers should provide, DTI Registration, Mayor’s Permit, BIR, and SEC (if applicable). However, for Overseas posting employment, license or permits from POEA is needed, aside from DTI Registration, Mayor’s Permit, BIR, and SEC (if applicable).

The Company will not be liable in any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your password and account. You hereby agree to indemnify the Company, its directors, officers, agents and other third party who furnishes services to you, from any losses or damages, expenses relating to your use of the services.
